PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new container with a straw wrapper where the straw wrapper is not removed from the container, the straw can be very conveniently taken out and no dust is produced without removing the straw wrapper from the container and to provide a straw wrapper most suitable for the container with the straw wrapper. SOLUTION: The container with the straw wrapper is the container with the straw wrapper 1 with the straw wrapper 2 attached thereto, and a two-layer laminated film where a layer 6 without through holes is formed on a porous film 7 where a number of though holes 8 are formed on a surface with an extruded laminate is used for a wrapping film constituting the straw wrapper 2.
