PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely hold positional relations among a body to be packed, corner pads (6) and cushioning materials (12) even when a packing is made to fall down in this pedestal (2) for packing. SOLUTION: The pedestal for packing is provided with a tray (4), the corner pads placed on each of four corners of the tray, a restricting member (10) arranged among the corner pads placed on each of the corners and having at least one opening part (8), and the cushioning materials (12) arranged in the opening part in the restricting member arranged among the corner pads. On four corner parts of the restricting member, cutout parts (32) for restricting a movement of each of the corner pads to the tray and connecting means (34 and 36) to be connected with each of the corner pads are formed.
