摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laser beam machining device whose machining time can be shortened by removing or minimizing a time when a laser optical scanning system stops due to the lamination of an operation range, by synchronously controlling a high speed laser optical scanning system whose operation range is small and a low speed carrying system whose operation range is large. SOLUTION: This laser beam machining device is provided with a machining planning part 8 for rearranging the order of an instruction for the irradiation position of laser beams on an object to be machined, so that this order can be matched with the order of the movement of a carrying system; carrying system controlling part 10 for changing a relative position between the scanning system and the object to be machined according to the instruction for the laser beam irradiation position on the object to be machined; and laser beam scanning system controlling part 9 for irradiating the target position on the object to be machined with laser beams, based on the instruction for the laser beam irradiation position on the object to be machined and the present position of the carrying system. Then, the carrying system and the laser beam scanning system can be simultaneously driven, and the laser beam scanning system and the carrying system can be simultaneously controlled.</p>
