PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for an intellectual fetch and delivery capable of improving delivery service of contents. SOLUTION: The system receives request of contents from a terminal user browser of a requester, and is provided with a proxy server so that contents is fetched from a server of a contents provider through at least one of communication network. The proxy server maintains logs of all contents to be fetched, which include time of fetching and a browser of a terminal requesting user, and is programmed to memorize connection between fetched contents during a predetermined interval by means of a browser of a terminal server of the same requester.
