PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light, safe and durable fan to be used for rhythmical and modish Bon festival dance, cheering for sports such as a baseball or football game, or as a toy for a sightseeing souvenir, having both the functions of fanning to enjoy the cool, and also of providing a noisemaker for issuing hit sound from a fan main body by allowing hit members to collide with the fan body. SOLUTION: A part 3 to be hit partially constitutes the fan body 1 by being extended from a handle part 2.
