PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor cushion for flexible exercise with which flexible motion is performed and tension and relaxation of intervertebral joints and muscles in order to solve a problem wherein sitting long in the same posture makes the vertebral column and the muscles of of the hips repeatedly act to try to constantly keep the posture, which makes the muscle tense to impair the circulation of blood resulting in a lower back pain, numbness, or stiffness. SOLUTION: The floor cushion 1 for the flexible exercise consists of a bag-shaped surface fabric 2, an internal shock absorbing material 4 and a core material 3 which is provided inside the material 4 and is harder than the internal shock absorbing material 4. The floor cushion 1 is cylindrical, and its curved surface is used as a seat surface and supports a user's body between his/her legs. Thus, the user easily, freely and largely move the tilting of the sacrum 9 of the lower back and the spine 10 forward, backward, to the right or left or obliquely while the user sits on the floor cushion.
