<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for investigating a post-up state of a POP medium, a technique for calculating a feed amount of the POP medium fed newly, a technique for collecting investigation results from a plurality of terminal equipments, and a technique for calculating the feed amount of the POP medium based on the collected investigation results. <P>SOLUTION: An investigator A photographs an investigation object 502 by a photographing device 504. The investigator A inputs an investigated result 506 including an image data obtained by the photographing into a POP medium controller 600. The controller 600 analyzes the post-up state of the POP medium in the investigation object 502, based on the image data, and accumulates it as a post-up result in every sales room. The POP medium controller 600 calculates the feed amount based on the post-up result when calculating the feed amount of the new POP medium.
