<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy method for sending microorganisms in a same state on drinking them from mouth, to intestine by using charcoal for giving a hideout space not to be degenerated by stomach juice for the microorganisms contained in yogurt, lactobacillus beverage, fermented soybean and kimchi without making a contact with the stomach juice, since when the microorganisms contained in the yogurt, lactobacillus beverage, fermented soybean and kimchi are swallowed from the mouth together with the food materials, they make directly contact with the stomach juice in the stomach and are apt to be sent to the intestine in a degenerated state. <P>SOLUTION: This method for sending the microorganisms is provided by using powdered charcoal, firstly drying powdered charcoal, performing a sterilizing treatment, mixing the charcoal with the yogurt, lactobacillus beverage, fermented soybean and kimchi and waiting until the raw materials infiltrate into micron-sized pores presenting on the surface of the charcoal with the lapse of time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
