CONNECTION STRUCTURE OF FLAT CABLE TO CIRCUIT COMPONENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure of a flat cable to a circuit component capable of providing an excellent connection characteristic.

SOLUTION: This connection structure of the flat cable to the circuit component is composed by connecting the flat cable formed by applying electric insulating coating to one or more conductors to the circuit component. The connection structure is characterized in that connecting terminals 3 are formed on the circuit component 1; the flat cable 10 is superposed on the terminals 3; and the conductors 11 of the superposed flat cable 10 are electrically and mechanically connected to the terminals 3 by conductive connection parts piercing the conductors 11 of the flat cable 10 and holding the terminals 3.
