PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a back flow water draining device preventive of unnecessary water leakage. SOLUTION: An input passage 191, an output passage 192 and a valve chest 193 are formed in a housing 19. To the valve chest 193, a drain passage forming body 20 is fitted at the lower side of the housing 19. A cylindrical drain port forming wall 21 is formed integrally with the drain passage forming body 20. A drain passage 201 passing through the cylinder of the drain port forming wall 21 is formed in the drain passage forming body 20. The valve chest 193 stores a valve element 22. The drain port forming wall 21 has a conical surrounded face 211 formed on the outer periphery. A surrounding portion 26 of the valve element 22 has a conical surrounding face 261 formed on the inner periphery.
