PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge pumping circuit which reduces a noise by suppressing a cost, a size and a weight. SOLUTION: This charge pumping circuit includes a constant current charging/discharging circuit 17 using a current mirror circuit 15 and interposed between current paths P1 and P2 at charging and discharging times of a step-up capacitor C1. The current mirror circuit 15 has FETs 3, 4 and 10. The constant current charging/discharging circuit 17 has the current mirror circuit 15 and an FET 7. A clock signal for alternately turning on FETs 8 and 9 of a changeover switch of the capacitor C1 is input from a signal input unit 19 to the FETs 8, 9. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
