SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the rotor 10 for the stepping motor having a cylindrical magnet 11 and a resin member 12 brought into contact with the inner peripheral wall 17 of the magnet 11 includes a resin member molding step of molding the resin member 12, a magnet molding step of molding the magnet 11, a resin member inserting step of inserting the resin member 12 molded in the resin member molding step into the cylindrical hole 13 of the magnet 11 molded in the magnet molding step to expose the distal end of the resin member 12 from the magnet 11, and a heat caulking working step of inhibiting to draw the exposed distal end of the resin member 12 from the magnet 11 by heating and melting the distal end exposed from the magnet 11 and caulking the distal end to the magnet 11.
