PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment monitoring control system, an equipment management server, an equipment monitoring control device, a program, a recording medium and an equipment monitoring control method that enable communication between the equipment management server and the equipment monitoring control device while preventing or reducing cost increase and traffic increase in the total system.

SOLUTION: The equipment management server 4 and the equipment monitoring control device 3 have a synchronous communication function. Only for exchange of control request information and the like, the equipment management server 4 and the equipment monitoring control device 3 intercommunicate so that the equipment monitoring control device 3 and the equipment management server 4 hold common control request information and result information via a communication network.
