PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire air pumping device which contributes to the alteration of an estimated value to be set in a tire air pressure monitoring system, and the tire air pressure monitoring system which can alter the estimated value whenever tire air pressure is supplied by using the tire air pumping device. SOLUTION: The tire air pumping device 1 comprises a nozzle built-in switch 6 for detecting whether a nozzle 13 is pressed to a valve of a tire T or not, a pressure sensor 2 which detects the air pressure in the tire T when the nozzle pressing to the valve 13 is detected by the nozzle built-in switch 6, and a transceiver 3 for transmitting a pressure data output from the pressure sensor 2 to the tire air pressure monitoring system 5.
