PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test piece sampling method sampling in a short time with only a slight damage to a structure. SOLUTION: In each process of a sampling process for sampling a sample from the structure, an outline working process for the sample in the sampling process into an outline dimension of a test piece for a material strength test, and a finishing process for the sample subjected to the outline working in the outline working process into the shape of the test piece, slurry containing abrasive grain is interposed between the sample and a working tool and the sample and the working tool are pressed, and the sample is sampled by using an ultrasonic machine for applying ultrasonic vibration to the working tool, worked into the outline dimension of the test piece, and worked into the shape of the test piece.
