PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester insulating coating material for enameled wires without using a conventionally used phenol solvent, which is free from poisoning toxicity and has equivalent characteristics to those in the case where the solvent is used and is excellent in high-frequency characteristics. SOLUTION: The polyester insulating coating material for enameled wires comprises an insulating coating material in which a polyester resin is dissolved in propylene carbonate and an organosol.
