PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain cross-linked amino resin-crushed particles having indefinite shape and not substantially spherical shape. SOLUTION: The cross-linked amino resin-crushed particles are produced by forming amino resin-cross-linked particles by taking a specific curing and drying process of performing the curing and water-content drying in parallel as a curing process by adding a catalyst to emulsion containing an amino resin precursor, and then crushing the cross-linked amino resin. By passing through the specific curing and drying process, the cross-linking of the amino resin with formalin occurs heterogeneously to produce the amino resin-cross-linked particles in an easily crushable, hard and fragile cross-linked state.
