PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly fill up powdery raw material into a cavity in a powder-compacting apparatus. SOLUTION: In a shoe box 30 provided in the powder-compacting apparatus, and filling up the powdery raw material M into the cavity C which is opened on the upper surface of a die by sliding the upper surface of the die in the powder-compacting apparatus, a sliding plate 33 sliding the upper surface of the die, is fixed to the lower end surface of the shoe box 30 formed as a box-style, and an inclining surface with an angle to the upper surface of the die, is formed on the lower surface of the sliding plate 33 at the inner peripheral side of the front part in advancing/retreating direction of the shoe box 30.
