A handle (25) comprises phosphorescent shaft (35) and grasp (30) portion and open informational images (42 - 44) formed in handle displaying graphics (40) for use and function by cutting out the phosphorescent material from the handle. The shaft and grasp material is connected to facilitate gripping of the handle to actuate the latch mechanism. An independent claim is included for manufacturing of the handle.
