The present invention relates to a blood cell count/immunoassay apparatus using whole blood comprising an immunoassay section (10) for carrying out immunoassay and a blood cell count section (11) for counting blood cells, wherein the same whole blood specimen is used in both measuring sections (10, 11) and the immunoassay results are corrected using the hematocrit obtained by the blood cell count.
