PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter wherein an attenuation pole can be formed and excellent frequency characteristics can be thereby obtained and to provide an arrangement method of resonators. SOLUTION: The filter is provided with a plurality of resonators 11 to 13. An electromagnetic wave received by the input terminal of the resonator 11 is outputted from the output terminal of the other resonators 13. The resonators 11 to 13 are arranged so that two propagation paths 41, 42 are formed between the input terminal of the resonator 11 and the output terminal of the resonator 13.
