PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular housing sheet having a superior operability. SOLUTION: The housing sheet comprises an operating lever 43 which can be moved linearly between a first position and a second position, a first plate 201 which turns with the operating lever at the first position, a second plate 301 which turns as a stopper lever 101 turns when an upper rail 19 moves to the forefront position to allow the operating lever to move between the first and second positions, a third plate 401 which turns as the operating lever at the second position turns, a slide lock releasing cable A which transmits the turn of the first plate to a slide lock mechanism, a second reclining lock releasing cable B which transmits the turn of the first plate to a reclining mechanism 21, and a first reclining lock releasing cable C which transmits the turn of the third plate to the reclining mechanism. When the operating lever is turned in one direction, the slide lock releasing cable and the first reclining lock releasing cable are pulled.
