PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blasting method of a surface of a plastic film whereby the generation of an electrostatic pattern is prevented, adhesion of an abrasive material on a non-projection surface is restrained, and a mat surface is evenly blasted. SOLUTION: In this blasting method for a surface of a plastic film 10, the abrasive material is actually air-blasted over the whole width along the width direction after shot-blasting the abrasive material. It is preferable that an average particle size of the abrasive material for air-blasting is smaller than an average particle size of the abrasive material for shot-blasting.
