PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the lubricating structure of a two-stroke cycle internal combustion engine in which white smoke is prevented from coming out in starting an engine, and an oil-conducting part communicating with a crank chamber is protected from fly-stones. SOLUTION: The lubricating structure is of a separately lubricating type in the two-stroke cycle internal combustion engine where a gear mechanism transmitting the rotation of a crankshaft to a balancer is held in a gear case separated from the crank chamber, the gear case and the crank chamber are separately lubricated. An oil path 123R communicating with the inside of the crank chamber 26 provided in the lower part of the crankcase sends the oil to the part higher than an oil supply part opened in the lower part of the oil path. The front and the rear parts of the oil supply port of the crankcase are extended down to form a pair of front and rear extension parts 65, 66. In a space 67 between the pair of extension parts 65, 66, auxiliary equipment 70 is held so as to cover the oil supply port from the lower part. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
