<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake device where the number of components and assembling man-hours are reduced and looseness of a functional component is prevented, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: Part of a secondary molding resin to be filled into a semi-hollow member 30 constituting an intake pipe 11 and a packed section 51 formed of a semi-hollow member 40 overflows to the outside through a first hole 32 and a second hole 23. A locking shape section 60 having a body 61, a first neck 62, and a first head 63 is formed of the overflowing secondary molding resin. Thus, the functional component 20 is mounted to the intake pipe 11. The body 61 welds the semi-hollow member 30 with the inner wall of the semi-hollow member 40 to join the semi-hollow member 30 to the semi-hollow member 40. Therefore, without using a fastening member, the functional component 20 can be mounted to the intake pipe 11. The locking shape section 60 adheres to the semi-hollow member 30 constituting the intake pipe 11 and the semi-hollow member 40, so that the looseness is prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
