<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust an input resistance without changing capacitance of input terminals by adjusting the capacitance of input terminals and the input resistance independently. <P>SOLUTION: The capacitance formed with wiring 13 for capacitance and comb-shaped wiring 14 can be adjusted by changing the length of the wiring 13 for capacitance. The resistance value between the wiring 13 for capacitance and the ground potential by changing the position of a contact 12, connecting the wiring 13 for capacitance and resistance wiring 11.
