<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid vehicle capable of stopping a motor when it is unnecessary, and operating an electric motor at a low speed as much as possible for a hybrid vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: This hybrid vehicle, comprising an internal combustion engine; the motor 4 coaxially provided with a rotating shaft of the internal combustion engine; a planetary gear mechanism 2 coaxially provided with the rotating shaft of the internal combustion engine and the motor 4 and having a carrier 24 pivoting a sun gear 21, a ring gear 25, and a planetary pinion; and a transmission 6 having an input shaft 61 in which power is transmitted from the internal combustion engine or the motor through the planetary gear mechanism 2 and an output shaft 65 connected with driving wheels 9L, 9R, is structured so as to include a rotation regulating means 54 for properly regulating the rotation of a rotor 41 of the motor 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
