COPY-RESTRICTED COPYING MACHINE, FETCH-RESTRICTED SCANNER, AND ELECTRIC-TRANSMISSION-RESTRICTED FACSIMILE MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copying machine capable of preventing fraudulent copying of a copy-restricted document.

SOLUTION: The copying machine A includes: a user judgment device 2 which judges whether a user is a person permitted to copy a copy-restricted document or not; a document judgment means which judges whether the set document is a copy-restricted document or not; and a copy control unit 4 which controls a copying operation. The copying machine A copies the contents written in the document onto a PPC sheet by copying operation of a user. In a case where a user exerts a copying operation in a situation where the user judgment device 2 does not judge that the user is not a person permitted to take a copy and the document judgment means 3 judges that a set document is a copy-restricted document, the copy control unit 4 operates the main body 1 of the copying machine so that the contents copied on a PPC (plain paper copy) sheet cannot be read.
