<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shock-absorbing sporting pad used for reinforcing or repairing a quilted baseball uniform so as to prevent fraying caused by end breakage. <P>SOLUTION: The shock-absorbing sporting pad 1 is subjected to stitch processing via high-frequency welding in place of the quilting process. Such processing prevents fraying caused by end breakage because the other stitches 2 are each welded and do not get out in a chained manner even when one of the stitches 2 gets out of place due to sliding unlike machine stitches. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
