<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abrasive suitable for an abrading of RGB (red, green, blue) color filters for a liquid crystal display, which can selectively abrade an only level difference of a colored layer, and hardly causes the generation of a scratch. <P>SOLUTION: The abrasive is obtained dispersing a treated material by using a silane coupling agent of a silicon dioxide powder which does not form a structure conformation into a medium containing cellulose. A production method for the abrasive comprises pressurized impinging of the treated material by using the silane coupling agent of the silicon dioxide powder which does not from the structure conformation on the medium containing the cellulose with the medium containing the cellulose. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
