<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch device which can easily and inexpensively correct the unbalance during rotation. <P>SOLUTION: The clutch device 1 is provided with power transmitting members 5, 7 and clutch members 9, 11 and 13 for transmitting torque between the power transmitting members 5, 7. An unbalance adjusting means 15 is provided to the clutch member 11.
