PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame structure of a multi-story vibration resistant wall capable of inducing the deformation behavior in the case of the occurrence of an earthquake to a repairable overturning yield mode to prevent it from a fatal damage with shear failure and flexural yielding failure or the like and, at the same time, having the excellence in design addition efficiency, designing efficiency, workability and economic efficiency by properly ensuring a space inside of the building. SOLUTION: In a multi-story vibration resistant wall structure provided to the inside of a building, the multi-story vibration resistant wall is constituted by forming the wall in a frame constituted by connecting a supporting post and a stud provided approximately in parallel with the supporting post with a first connecting beam and a second connecting beam, at the same time, a lower buffer space is provided to the lower side of the multi-story vibration resistant wall and, at the same time, the multi-story vibration resistant wall structure has an upper buffer space on the upper side of the multi-story vibration resistant wall.
