PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal which can display a panoramic picture taken by a mounted camera as a three-dimensional (3D) picture and to provide a mobile communication system. SOLUTION: A mobile telephone set 10 as the mobile terminal is provided with a radio part 10b for connection by radio with a base station 30, a control part 10c for controlling the whole telephone set, a camera part 10m that functions as a digital camera, a display part 10i, a 3D picture generating part 10d for generating panoramic image data and a panoramic 3D picture, and the like. The 3D image generating part 10d maps panoramic image data generated by bonding tabs for sticking in a plurality of pictures taken by the camera part 10m or panoramic image data sent from a mobile telephone set 20 on the inner surface or the like of a 3D picture (e.g., a cylinder) to generate the panoramic 3D image.
