PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify processing of a base station and processing of a terminal station, in a configuration where the base station transmits transmitting packets to the terminal station. SOLUTION: The base station 2 transmits n transmitting packets not by splitting the transmitting packets individually and transmitting each to the terminal station 3, but by transmitting the individual n transmitting packets per packet to the terminal station 3 with n channels in parallel. The base station 2 can dispense with processing of splitting the transmitting packets and retransmitting each split transmitting packet, and the terminal station 3 can dispense with a configuration of receiving the split transmitting packets as well.
