PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide accurate information for smoothly executing business of information transmission by allowing an information sending side to distribute text information having contents produced by a text format and allowing an information receiving side to reproduce voice information converted from the received test information. SOLUTION: When an information integration device 8 receives a command of the text information transmitted from a command information device 6 via a network, the information integration device 8 analyzes additional information of a header part added to the text information, and converts the text information into the voice information to reproduce the voice information when command information about automatic voice reproduction is included in the additional information.
