PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a timing information compensation method, a radio access network, and a radio network controller capable of efficiently compensating timing information related to each call of a control plane in a configuration wherein a user plane and the control plane of the radio network controller are separated into separate apparatuses. SOLUTION: User plane processing apparatuses 109, 110 monitor deviation in timing information related to each call. When detecting a call whose timing information is deviated from a first threshold, the user plane processing apparatuses 109, 110 informs a control plane processing apparatus 111 about compensation information as to at least one call including the call. The control plane processing apparatus 111 compensates the timing information related to the call notified from the user plane processing apparatuses 109, 110 according to the compensation information.
