PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized evaporation drying apparatus of simple structure with versatility, manufacturable at a low cost, and easy in maintenance. SOLUTION: Straight extending protruded sections 2 and concave sections 3 are formed on both panel faces alternately and in parallel, and heating panels 1 are provided with steam passages 4 formed inside the protruded sections 2.
