PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing device for a hair remover wherein the arranging position of a container is not constrained, the volume can be reduced, and a common pump can be used for both of a circulation mode and a recovery mode. SOLUTION: This washing device for the hair remover is equipped with a washing unit 4 for washing the hair remover 2, a container 5 in which a washing liquid 6 is placed, the pump 7, and an air valve 8 for ventilating the inside of the air-tight container 5 and the outside air. The washing liquid 6 which is filled in the container 5 is discharged to the washing unit 4, and the hair remover 2 is washed, and at the same time, the washing liquid 6 after the washing is taken in from a taking-in port 17 and returned to the container 5 for the circulation mode. After the washing of the hair remover 2 with the washing liquid 6 is completed, the washing liquid 6 is returned from the taking-in port 17 to the container 5 for the recovery mode. This washing method is equipped with the circulation mode and the recovery mode.
