PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus which can simply treat cellulite-causing subcutaneous fat and circulatory failure to restore to a normal condition. SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises a driving motor (1) inside a body case (10) mainly made of plastics, wherein the motor (1) drives eccentrically a roller (2) to rotate forward with an uneven-surfaced rubber belt (6) and another loaded roller (3) to rotate backward through coupled gears (5); and the body case (10) has a supporter (8) to support an electric source connector (7) for supplying the motor (1) with electricity and an electric source switch (4) or the like outside the body.
