PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure excellent adaptability to a long rail, to enable two-way forward and backward drive of a runner, and to secure smooth operatability in spite of provision of both a motor and a lock means. SOLUTION: A drive transmitting means 16 is used as a flexible main drive traction member capable of performing advance/retreat movement which interlocks with the motor 14 of a floor body 12. The runner connected to each extended end part can be towed in a corresponding direction under relative synchronism advance/retreat movement of each extended end part which interlocks with the normal rotation and the reverse rotation of the motor 14 by engaging and connecting a normal rotation side extended end part 16-1 and a reverse rotation side extended end part 16-2 of the flexible main drive traction member with forward and backward different end parts of variant runners 18 (L, R), respectively. Selective starting operation by the single operating member and lock-off operation synchronized therewith are performed by selective operation of advance/retreat with respect to the runners 18 (L, R) by synchronously interlocking between an operating member 60 of a lock-off means 58 and a starting switch 62.
