A microcomputer such that real-time tracing is realized with a few terminals, tracing information in a specified range can be acquired, and the execution time can be measured. An electronic apparatus including the microcomputer and a debugging system are also disclosed. A tracing information output unit (16) outputs tracing information for realizing real-time tracing to four dedicated terminals, outputs CPU instruction execution status information (DST[2:0]) to three terminals, and outputs serially the PC value (DPCO) of the branch destination, if PC absolute branch execution occurs, to one terminal. Information representing the start and end of the traced extent or of the execution time measurement extent is outputted from the microcomputer (10) to DST[2] in a predetermined order. A debugging tool (20) judges the start and end of the traced extent or of the excution time measurement based on the value of DST[2].
