PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an accurate image processed result of high precision for an event in a real world, taking the real world from which a data is acquired into account, in an image processor.

SOLUTION: A class classification adaption processing part 3501 executes class classification adaption processing for an input image to prediction-generate a prediction image having quality higher than that of the input image. A class classification adaption processing correcting part 3502 prediction-generate a correction image for correcting the prediction image, based on a characteristic quantity image from a real world estimating part 102. An addition part 3503 adds the correction image to the prediction image, and outputs an added image to an outside as an output image.
