<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing apparatus which suppresses a deterioration in a toner due to mechanical stress caused by a developer regulating member while avoiding a deficiency of a charge amount of the toner, and can prevent surface stain and lowering of image density, and to provide an image forming apparatus and a process cartridge. <P>SOLUTION: In the developing apparatus comprising a developing roller 420, a doctor 423 which regulates the thickness of a development agent 12 layer on the developing roller 420, a developer container 401a in which a developer supplied to the developing roller 420 is contained, and stirring/conveying members 424, 425 which convey the developer while stirring it in the developer container 401a, a developer motion promoting means is disposed to promote motion of at least one of a toner 10 and a magnetic carrier 11 in a stirring and conveying region in the developer container 401a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
