PRINTER, METHOD OF PRINTING, COMPUTER PROGRAM FOR PRINTING, COMPUTER SYSTEM FOR PRINTING, AND PRINTING CORRECTION PATTERN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer for quickly printing a printing correction pattern.

SOLUTION: This printer is equipped with a print head having a plurality of nozzles for forming dots by ejecting ink and prints the printing correction pattern for correcting a deviation in dot formed positions between an outward path and an inward path of the print head in the main scanning direction. The printing correction pattern 200 has a first figure group 200a-200i printed in either one of the outward path and the inward path and a second figure group 201a-201i printed in the other path to be adjacent to the first figure group to form pairs of the figures in the first and second figure groups. Each of the figures forming the first and second figure groups is formed such that a plurality of dots are arranged in the main scanning direction. At least one of the width of the first and second figures in the main scanning direction is increased or decreased so that the pairs have different correction quantities.
