<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower a gravity center while keeping a good ball-hitting sound. <P>SOLUTION: This golf club head 1 having a hollow structure is formed by using a metal material and a fiber reinforced resin. The golf club head 1 includes a main wall part 9 which is made of the metal material and forms at least a part of the face surface for hitting a ball, a first head member M1 which extends to the rear side of the head from the main wall part 9, and integrally has an extended wall part 10, and a second head member M2 having a crown wall part 20 which is made of the fiber reinforced resin, and in addition, constitutes at least a part of the head upper surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
