PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum tube type push-pull circuit configured with one vacuum tube so as to eliminate the need for arranging characteristics of vacuum tubes. SOLUTION: A polarity inversion section 20 generates a polarity inversion signal and a comparison section 30 generates a comparison signal. A switching section 70 selectively supplies an input signal or the polarity inversion signal to a grid 43 in accordance with the comparison signal, and a switching section 80 selectively supplies a signal from a plate 41 to one terminal or the other terminal of a transformer 50 in accordance with the comparison signal. The selection of a terminal A1 by the switching section 70 and the selection of a terminal A2 by the switching section 80 are carried out at the same time, and the selection of a terminal B1 by the switching section 70 and the selection of a terminal B2 by the switching section 80 are carried out at the same time so as to make the one vacuum tube 40 perform a push-pull operation.
