PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) service control system cooperating with a Web link to enable a service providing company to realize excellent services of great convenience making a Web system and the SIP cooperate with each other easily in a short period of time. SOLUTION: A system is provided with a means by which the SIP server performs transmission/reception of information with a Web server; a means for receiving a session ID from the Web server so as to identify uniquely communication between the Web server and the Web client of the service user, correlating the session ID, a call ID for SIP communication generated on the basis of an initiation instruction from the service user, and the reference of an application program controlling the SIP communication, and managing them; and a means for receiving instruction information via the Web server for controlling the SIP communication transmitted by the service user, and notifying the application program controlling the SIP communication of it.
