PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible printed board prepared by a small number of manufacturing processes and a folding type portable telephone device, on which the flexible printed board is loaded. SOLUTION: The flexible printed board 10 is composed of a surface board surface 11 and a rear board surface 12, and the surface board surface 11 and the rear board surface 12 are formed symmetrically while using a line A-A' as a reference. A first connector 13 and a second connector 14 are connected electrically while being formed in the same plane shape respectively, and the first connector 13 and the second connector 14 are brought to the state, in which they are arranged on different planes, when the flexible printed board 10 is bent while using the line A-A' as the reference.
