PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ramp device that can change an inclination angle of a step board automatically corresponding to a change in the sea level or the like. SOLUTION: Step boards 4 and 5 being placed between a hull 1 and a quay wall 10 is used for this ramp device 3 including a jigger cylinder 7 for altering an inclination angle of the step boards 4 and 5 via a wire rope 11, a supply/discharge passage 16 for discharging and draining hydraulic oil from a hydraulic unit (hydraulic pressure source) 15 to the cylinder 7, a pressurizing passage 18 for guiding hydraulic oil pressure from an accumulator 30 to the cylinder 7, and passage switching means for opening the passages 16 and 18 selectively. When this means is operated, an inclination angle of the step boards 4 and 5 is altered automatically corresponding to a change in the sea level or the like by opening the passage 18 in ramping while the passage 16 is opened in storing operation.
