PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator coil module for easily manufacturing a rotating electric machine. SOLUTION: The stator coil module 100 comprises: a stator coil 1; a cooling pipe 2 that is arranged separate from the stator coil 1 and disposed along the stator coil 1; and a molding member 3 that molds the stator coil 1 and the cooling pipe 2. A hole 1a surrounded by the stator coil 1 is formed at the molding member 3. The cooling pipe 2 includes one end 2a and the other end 2b that are an outlet port and an inlet port for a cooling medium. The stator coil module 100 further comprises a coil lead wire 6 that feeds power to the stator coil 1.
